Entertainment at its best
Unlike other reality shows, this is like a sporting competition. The contestants are sweating and running and creating beautiful dishes seemingly out of thin air. The judges have something to be desired, mostly pompous blow hards, but the chairman, Alton, Kevin and the contestants are fantastic to watch. Not as interesting secret ingredients as the Japanese version but ok just the same.

I like watching the creativity of menus and dishes presented with sometimes unusual ingredients.
I like that there are different iron chefs that compete.
