Naked City: 20 Star-Filled Episodes

1/2 previously released, the other 1/2 new to dvd!
10 of the episodes in this 20 episode set were released by Image Entertainment between 2003-2006. The same 10 are included in the 40 episode set being released in January. The other 10 are new to dvd-Sweet Prince of Delancy Street, Down the Long Night, To Walk in Silence, Tombstone for a Derelict, Bullets Cost Too Much, Prime of Life, Lady Bug Lady Bug, One of the Most Important Men in the Whole World, Line of Duty, The Pedigree Sheet. I don't understand why Image isn't releasing complete season sets of Naked City but, I'll probably purchase this release in order to see 10 more episodes I've never seen. Love this show!

How to Milk Maximum Profit from a 50-Year-Old TV Show aka Image Entertainment's Treatment of and Release Strategy for Naked City
Seven years ago I fell in love with Naked City reruns on TV. So I bought the three Series of Naked City releases by Image Entertainment. The good news was that they chose some great episodes. The bad news was that, rather than releasing full seasons, they put together compilations. My bad for not reading the description more carefully. On the other hand, you take what you can get when you love a classic TV show. Naked City - Set 1 [TV-Series 1958-1963], Naked City - Set 2 and Naked City - Set 3. In addition to the collections they also released a plethora of single episode DVDs.

OK, so we fast-forward five to seven years and, lo and behold, Image Entertainment is releasing not one but two "new" Naked City compilations: "Best of Naked City" and "Naked City: 20...

At last, two first season episodes
The later seasons of NAKED CITY are celebrated, and rightly so, but the original, one-season incarnation (actually called THE NAKED CITY) with James Franciscus and John McIntire is a gem in its own right, thanks in part to those two actors. Stirling Silliphant, later of ROUTE 66 and the film IN THE HEAT OF THE NIGHT (among much else), wrote both episodes featured here. I believe he wrote all or most of the first season. These two episodes (one features Peter Falk, the other Diane Ladd) have a poetic if dated feel, but they are a snapshot of both New York in the late '50s and the artistic aspirations of the best TV creative talent of the day. I would hope the entire season would finally be released (the previous releases all focus on the later verison).

Top Gear: Complete Second Season

Cars and comedy
I like the British version of top gear, but when this show came out, I perfer this one now. I feel like this version does give us cool cars(that most of us cant afford anyways) and some incredibly funny moments. Each guy does some incredibly stupid things in this season.

I would recommend it to anyone who likes cars and some laughs with it.

Much improved over season one
The first season of the US version of Top Gear was hit and miss. In trying to be an almost exact replica of the British version, too many things felt overly scripted and forced, and tried to shoehorn the three US hosts into being copies of Clarkson, May and Hamster, which they most definitely aren't. Still, they had some good challenges, and their "specials" especially were good fun to watch.

Fortunately the US producers of Top Gear quickly realized where their show's strengths lay, and season two (and seasons 3 and 4 after that) are basically nothing but "specials." The hosts thrive in this environment, and quickly become a lot funnier and interesting to watch, especially once their identities get settled and they stick to them, and they don't have to try to be as dry and sarcastic as the British trio.

Though the US show still imitates the British show here and there in the types of specials it does, it definitely tries to divest itself from its British idol...

Warning Parents - Explicit Language
Now, let me first preface this review by saying that I am not a person offended by language when I watch movies or shows. However, as a parent, you must be warned....there is some strong language in this. My son is a huge fan of the series on television. When his birthday came up, I thought he would love to watch this when we go on trips. So, needless to say, I was a bit shocked to hear (in the space of 5 minutes) the "F-Bomb" and "Axxhole". At first I thought I was just hearing things. However, that was not the case. I blame the manufacturer for not putting a rating on the product or a warning for language. I believe this to be a HUGE oversight...they should realize that there are younger viewers for the show. I just wanted to let other parents know before buying that this is an unedited version of the show. Which again, is fine for an adult....but not for children. I am giving a 1 star for not "clearly" warning parents.

The Six Million Dollar Man: Season 3

When TV Was Original and Worth Watching
I could not wait for the Six Million Dollar Man to come out on DVD. Like most 40-50 year olds, this was my favorite series when growing up in the 70's. Sure the special effects are not all CGI and glossy like they are today, but they're not bad for the time and heaven knows even the worst stript and plot for TSMDM is ten times better than half of the sci-fi trash that is put out there now days. Lee Majors was made for the role and may be more assoicated with it than just about any actor could be with a role. I agree with most that season Two was probably better overall, but this is the first season we all got to see Steve Austin take on that other 70's icon "Bigfoot". That alone makes this five stars. Harve Bennett was on top of his game when producing this series and Richard Anderson as Oscar Goldman may be as famous for that role as Majors was with Austin. I will not bore you with episode lists and views on each one, but I will say if you love sci-fi and if you grew...

BIGFOOT WAS SCARY
I too, along with all the other posters here, remember the Bigfoot episodes the most, as a 7 or 8 year old at the time this season came out. I remember thinking how real it was, I had no idea there was a man in a suit. To me it was REAL!! I remember watching while sitting on the floor with my back to the couch, in between my dad's legs and holding on to one of his calves terrified. YET I couldn't look away!! I watched but knew I was safe with my dad. And that long tunnel, oh man, THAT was creepy as hell as a child. But they were great episodes, the first time and then again the 2nd time Bigfoot appeared later in the series. The Bigfoot episodes were so great, many, if not most of the other episodes are rather forgettable but still fun to watch. The Sonny Bono episode was totally weird and laughable. But I still love the show. STEVE WAS DA MANNNNN!!!!

Takes me back to memory lane!
This 1975-76 Season was awesome along with the fact that THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN ran on ABC for 4 years and was based on a novel Cyborg by Marty Caiden and referred to a former astronaut Col. Steve Austin(Lee Majors)who nearly died after being seriously injured on a mission and gets rescued by Agent Oscar Goldman(Richard Anderson)from the Office of Scientific Intelligence and gets rebuilt by Dr. Rudy Wells(Martin E. Brooks)with surgical bionic implants very similar to his love-interest Jamie Sommars(Lindsay Wagner)on its spin-off series THE BIONIC WOMAN which premiered on ABC in the Winter of 1976.

As a result Steve's bionic capabilities, Steve had an infrared left-eye kind of like Jamie had an amplifying right-ear, plus Steve and Jamie would often team up together on cases in crossover episodes of both THE SIX MILLION DOLLAR MAN and THE BIONIC WOMAN.

Lee Majors had opened the minds and hearts of audiences all across the world to an era when we were starving...

Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (Blu-ray + DVD + Digital Copy + UltraViolet)

Just watched the first 5 minutes. Amazing! But a series will never happen.
I feel your pain my friends but the only way this could've become a series is if it were sold to TNT or perhaps AMC! They are the only channels showing anything bold or even remotely considered sci-fi. That would be a show called "Falling Skies", the single closest thing to sci-fi on American television. Shame.

The actual SYFY channel has completely abandoned all things science fiction. A few years ago MGM was taken over by new management and they immediately decided to cancel the following: SG:A, SG:U, the new SG-1 movie (SG: Revolution), and the new SG:A movie (SGA: Extinction).

As long as this current bunch of skin-jobs is in charge we will never get real sci-fi. Instead we get a steady diet of rediculous monster movies with horrible acting and direction. We get fed one ghost hunting show after another. We're up to 5 of those shows now right? Oh and my personal favorite - wresting. Wrestling? What the fraaaaak? I just cant wait to see steroid injected men all...

Backstory : Bill Adama & the First Cylon War
The Time: The first Cylon War. The Place: Battlestar Galactica. Ensin Bill Adama is a young man right out of Viper Training, and sent on his first mission. Of course its top secret, and of course the fate of the war hangs on it, and of course he fracks a beautiful woman. Altho you can watch it bit by bit on line, it'll be far more fun to own the DVD, since the extra scenes often made Battlestar Galactica DVDs far more interesting, and complete. Also producer/developer/writer Ron's video commentary could be used for a college class in creative writing, since he's always revealing more than just dropped scenes and insider banter, but insights into his creative process. As for the film itself, its impressive. The computer graphics are along the line of PROMETHEUS. THe camerawork include a lot of bright lights shining into the lense, for realistic atmosphere, as well as outrageous futuristic technology. From the first moments of a viper battle, thru the latest technology inside the...

Frakking awesome!
I'm ordering this already based just on the first two web episodes that just came out. Everything is just so... Galactica... the young Adama is perfect, the look, the music, the effects, the story so far....frakking loving it! My biggest hope is this does so well they do a new series. Please Mr. SyFy channel - make this into a full series now!

Celtic Thunder: Mythology

Mythology Takes CT to the next Level
From the first time I saw Celtic Thunder perform on a PBS Special, I've been hooked. As fans, we've heard hints of something new coming, but just whispers about it, and nothing concrete about the direction. When they announced "it" would be in February, I could barely wait. Since it got here last week, I've played the DVD repeatedly. It is obvious that Sharon Browne and David Munro of Celtic Thunder have hit yet another one out of the park with "Mythology." Their talent has been to put the best people that they can find together, and let them do what they do best. Even the Mythology set is new and different - a huge Celtic Cross along with replicas of ancient stones on which appear visions of the past or the future. In an age where everything is run by computers, this whole undertaking represents the best of technology along with a practiced-eye toward what works well on stage.

Two years ago, when they lost two popular members of the group, there was some question...

Amazon version is Great, but the Deluxe version is OUTSTANDING!!!
WARNING: May Contain Spoilers.

Regular is Great but Deluxe version is outstanding, although there are some more familiar songs on the Deluxe such as The House of the Rising Sun, The Thunder Rolls and The Boys of Summer. Seven Drunken Nights is slightly changed on this album for comedic purposes, lines are the same except George doesn't say his BALD head, he just says head. Danny Boy is sung by Emmett alone and it starts a bit differently before going into the regular Danny Boy song.

The set is awesome, it has a big celtic cross in the middle of the stage. One of the best sets since the very first dvd's.

Neil Byrne plays the piano on Rock n Roll Kids which is only on the deluxe version, so if you want to hear and see him play that you will need the deluxe version. GOOF: They goofed in the printed booklet and sleeve, the booklet says Neil/Ryan performed Rock N Roll Kids and the sleeve says Neil/Colm. The booklet is correct on this song. For alot of...

The Best One Yet!
I was lucky enough to receive my copy of Mythology six days before the release as I pre-ordered it from the official site. Yes, there is a deluxe version (which I ordered) which has more tracks and A LOT of bonus footage but for those who either can't afford it or just want the basic version this is perfect.

I have been a fan of Celtic Thunder since the very first show and I have to say that this is the best show to date. The set is very striking and I thought that the stage being a large Celtic cross would be destracting but it adds to the feel of the show and drives the message home that the lads have gone back to their Celtic roots. Add in traditional dancers, powerful musical numbers, and some of the best musicians on the planet and you have a show that can't be described without sitting down and just watching it.

Whether you have been a fan for years or if you've just been introduced to Celtic Thunder you don't want to miss out on 'Mythology'! Trust me, you...

Scissor Sisters - Live In London

Tons of fun, but not as good as it could have been.
It's always exciting when Scissor Sisters release a DVD. As someone who has seen them four times now myself, I can testify that these guys know how to bring the party. However, this DVD has pros and cons. Even though the band did a tour for their most recent album Magic Hour before going on hiatus, their new DVD is from 2011, during the Night Work tour. However, even their full Night Work tour setlist isn't here.
The DVD is taken directly from a television program covering the Lovebox Festival. Drawbacks to this are that the band is amongst a bigger lineup and has to abbreviate their set to around 50 minutes, the band isn't in front of their die-hard audience, and the show is mostly a pre-dusk show. It's my experience that Scissor Sisters are best experienced in the dark. Even the lighting for the tour looked best in a darkened concert venue. What's more misleading is that the font and artwork are far more reminiscent of Magic Hour. But no, sorry. There's no "Let's Have a Kiki"...

expect more from my fave band
The DVD should have just auto-played when you put in in instead of having a menu. Since there are no special features, that would have made sense. THE reason i bought this was because i was hungry for new SS content but I got nothing I hadn't seen or heard already. I wanted special features like those found on their prior DVDs, but that wasn't found.

The only benefit of buying this is that its DVD recording of their newer songs...but honestly, you could find that online for free through their work with BBC during their Tower of London concert.

Bottom line: As a hardcore fan, I say its not worth they money. Felt cheated.

Not so good
The reason I say not so good is that this show is in the day time and takes the real show away from the Scissor Sisters. They need their light show and effects to thrill the audience; it came up a bit lack luster for me.

Classical Steel

Taking Steel Drums to a new level in Trinidad
This 42 minute documentary from 2011 was produced with funding from the Trinidad government to show how the training of music students playing the steel drums (called "pans") is giving them exposure to European classical music. While most tourists to the West Indies think of the steel drums as the main instrument of calypso, music educators are trying to raise the level of music styles in the nation. We see examples of 12 -25 piece pan "orchestras" (with no other instruments playing Bach and Rossini among others. But these are excerpts and a good amount of time is spent interviewing music teachers and composers in Trinidad. The classical pieces are played without the use of sheet music. Many of the musicians cannot read music. There seems to be a controversy as to whether training a pan musician without teaching them to read music first is a good thing. The interviewees are divided on the subject.

I did learn a lot about the pan and was pleasantly surprised to hear the...

Amy Bento: Drop Set Strength Workout

Fun exercises to spice up your strength training
Strength training is my favorite type of exercise and Amy Bento is one of my favorite instructors. So I was very excited to get this latest offering from Amy. This is a 90 minute workout that uses a dropset technique, meaning you start with heavier weight /fewer reps and end with light weights/higher reps. (Note: the DVD jacket says this workout is 60 minutes, but it is 90 minutes.)

Why I enjoyed this workout:

**The fun twist Amy puts on the exercises. Each set usually has a different twist, e.g. you start pushups on your toes and end on your knees, or do lunges with arms straight with heavy dumbbells and overhead with lighter dumbbells.

**The variety of exercises. You will be using dumbbells and also your own body weight. I love mixing it up this way.

**Amy tells us what weight she's using. This is helpful as a guide.

**Minimal equipment is needed just a few sets of dumbbells, a step and a stability ball.

There...

Basic,boring
Basic, boring weight work. They should have invested in a nice set and some good sound to make this workout more appealing to do. As it is, it is just Amy on a cheap stark set doing sets of basic weight training. It will be a dust collector unfortunately.

Good Strength Workout
I found this to be challenging. However, I used heavy weights. I felt it all over, but I will say this is a long and somewhat boring workout. I usually do Jari Love's weight workouts and I find them a bit more interesting. I would have also liked to have had more leg moves in this one. Perhaps if the entire dvd just focused on one or two areas of the body it would have been better. I would still recommend this to add variety to your regular routine.

The Mighty Eagle
I did not only rate this video with the most stars becasue I work for American Seafoods, and haved worked on The Northern Eagle before, or for the fact that I know most of the people in the video. I rated it high because it is an in depth look into what it really takes for seafood to go from the ocean to the plate. Supplying fish is a huge process, and it takes hundreds of people, and and many hours of hard work, so many a one person can enjoy the great taste of seafood. I have not yet seen the other episodes, but I'm sure they too would get five stars.

Not very good ...
It is a very dated tour of Ireland, the film quality is sub-standard. I was expecting it to be similar to Rick Steves on PBS.

Many of today's high tech gadgets promise to make make your daily life a lot easier, the problem is most don't come with instructional guides explaining just how to get them to work. This is very true in the case of today's tablet PC's and in particular, the Apple iPad. The Apple iPad is packed with all kinds of features that make it perfectly suited to be used as a communication device, productivity tool and entertainment machine.

However, the one thing that is missing from the package you receive from Apple when you make your purchase; a comprehensive users guide. So how could a relative novice be expected to get the most use out of such an expensive piece of technology? Since Apple felt it unnecessary to include a users guide, one could conclude that you are on your own after you make the purchase.

Lauritz Melchior: Vols. 1 & 2: The Art of the Heldentenor in Opera and Song

The great Melchior - always rewarding to watch & listen to
As a longtime (55 yrs!) admirer of Lauritz Melchior, I couldn't let a 1-star review that denigrated the "lighter" side of his legacy go unresponded to. I haven't seen this DVD but have long owned & enjoyed the 2 VHS "volumes" that are here combined on it. Yes, the greatest of all Heldentenors is not presented here in his magnificent vocal prime (though in his 60s he could still outsing all of his Heldentenor successors) nor in the Wagnerian repertoire in which he was preeminent. But being able to watch & hear Melchior, regardless of the repertoire, is always a pleasure, especially as his own real pleasure in singing this mostly "pop" material is so apparent.

I had the pleasure & privilege of meeting & hearing Melchior twice in person. In 1959, when I was 19, I wrote a fan letter to him & wound up being invited to be his guest at a performance in Brooklyn a few months later. I have an immense collection of his recordings, operatic, classical, semi-classical & pop, including...

the greatest Wagnerian tenor captured for viewers
Lauritz Melchior was the greatest Wagnerian tenor in recording history whose massive yet richly produced tenor fully met the demands of Wagner's music. These 2 videos capture him on live television showing not only the voice but also his delightful personality. Highly recommended. This DVD transfer the two previously-available VHS tapes to DVD.

Extreme disappointment !!
This is not how the world's greatest heldentenor should be remembered.......singing schmalzy pops in the third rate commercial environment of the "Voice of Firestone".

Today Is Life [HD]

Ninth Inning?...
Much to the relief of its fans, "CSI: NY" dodged cancellation at the end of the 2011-2012 TV season. It was renewed for a ninth season of 17 episodes, with all principal cast members returning. The show continues to feature compelling crime of the week mysteries, to be solved by a closely knit ensemble cast working with the latest CSI techniques in New York, the City that Never Sleeps.

As always, the show shines a spotlight on individual season regulars from week to week. Among the highlights: Senior Detective Mac Taylor (Gary Sinese) returns to the CSI lab after surviving a nearly fatal gunshot wound at the end of season eight. Mac is crustier than ever, and struggling with the after-effects of his wound, which include troublesome short term memory loss. The affliction affects his relationships within the lab, especially with close friend Jo Danville (Sela Ward). Mac and Jo will have to work it out on a case that takes them to San Francisco. Mac's relationship with...

Great Show
CSI: NY never disappoints. I love every member of the cast and enjoy watching them solve the crime. I wish NYC really had such a crime lab and cared about each and every victim as the CSI team does in fiction. So many more crimes would be solved and even the poor would get justice.

Sorry to see CSI:NY go!
I have been a HUGE fan of CSI:NY since the first episode. I was extremely happy that it was renewed for a ninth season although for only 17 episodes. I am totally devastated that it was canceled and will be no more except for seasonal DVD packages. I have all of the previous 8 seasons and have the 9th and final season on pre-order! I wish they would have left the show on Wednesday night instead of moving it to Friday night. I think that was a fatal blow for the show. But I am a LOYAL fan and watched it every night it was on. If for some reason I wouldn't be home I would record it on my DVR and/or watch it on demand. Sorry to see the show go and wish all cast members well in all future endeavors!

Dethklok: Bloodrocuted Music Video

Metal thrashing maaaaaaaaaad!
Adult Swim have realy outdone themselves this time. Who would have thought that a cartoon about a post-apocalyptic death metal band ruling the world would be this good? Whether they're unleashing swarms of murderous kitties on an unsuspecting populous, summoning giant trolls to ravage the countryside, trying their hand at stand-up comedy (death metal style), or destroying hippies with the combined darkness of thrash and the blues Dethklok always finds a way to keep the mayhem coming.

Featuring the world's fastest guitarist, a bassist who can pull off a wicked solo playing with his johnson, an alcoholic drummer who used to front a bad 80's metal band, an amusingly naive childish rhythm guitarist, and a singer who talks in his growling metal voice all the time and is obsessed with all things brutal, the show is never short of hilarious characters to abuse and the laughs just do not stop. And I haven't even mentioned Dr. Rockso, the rock 'n roll clown who uses his high Axl...

Go die
First off, I love the packaging, the shiney letters are a nice touch. Next the episodes are excatley as they were aired on TV, guitar screech and all, but I think the guitar screech is damn funny in it's own.

That is the most metal thing I ever heard in my whole life
"We will make everything metal. Blacker than the blackest black... times infinity!"

So says Dethklok, in one of Adult Swim's best series ever -- an affectionate, hilarious satire on metal and celebrity. And the first season of "Metalocalypse" is crammed with sex, alcohol, gratuitous gore, rock'n'roll clowns, messy death.... and lots and lots of doom metal.

Dethklok is the biggest, darkest, most brutal, most METAL band in the world: the gravel-voiced frontman Nathan Explosion, enraged nihilist William Murderface, the smart guy Pickle, childlike Toki, and haughty elf-like Lothario Skwisgaar. The only ones who don't adore them are a secret Tribunal, who monitor all of Dethklok's goings-on, from their love lives to their celebrity endorsements.

As the series opens, the band is playing a sold-out megaconcert to promote a coffee jingle ("We will make coffee METAL!"). Unfortunately their latest chef accidentally gets dismembered during the concert ("By the...

Hurstwic Viking Combat Training Volume 2: Advanced Viking Training

With practice comes mastery.
I can tell they are working very hard to bring a great quality video to the fan base. With volume two they add on to the moves from volume one. Also the pausing and explaining some moves helps really understand the moves better. I have started following them on Facebook so I can keep up to date on all the moves they are trying out. May the Gods allow my children to become students some day!

Keep up the good work
I have been happy with the combative drills in these dvds, including sheild drills, I would like to see more expansion on axe and shield or double axe.

Summary of why I liked the book
The book is so informative and well written. The reader learns so much about life when the Vikings were traveling as well as life in Iceland.
It was a fascinating history book.

Untrained, Undaunted [HD]

My culinary Arts High School students loved it!
The Teen episode was a fabulous peak into seeing other teens enjoying cooking as much as my students. It actually inspired them to have the Chopped challenge as their final for the year.

Awesome Show
This is one of my favorite Food Network Shows. The focus is really on the food here, which is the way the Food Network should be. You can really learn new ingredient combinations or about new ingredients you may not have heard of before. It's great that if you miss a show on TV, you can just order one show a la carte on Amazon.

Great show - video & sound not sync'ed
We love the show - we just don't enjoy seeing the person speak and hearing their words 5 seconds later...

Clannad: Live at Christ Church Cathedral

Welcome back to "the family"
Yes having a live performance of Clannad is something special. The venue at Christ Church was brilliant and giving they haven't sung together for a while, the Clannad sound is still alive and well.

If you like Clannad, you'll like this
We watched this live concert via iTunes, and liked it so much we ordered the DVD. We've collected many Clannad CDs over the years, but never have seen them perform. It is always a pleasure to see the real people behind the music, and this DVD does not disappoint. Seeing Clannad members perform "live" demonstrates what fine and multi-talented musicians they are. The setting, Dublin's Christ Church Cathedral, is small and impressive. One of the best parts of the concert was an appearance by Anuna, an Irish choir/vocal group with whom I was not familiar. Downloaded several of their albums after seeing them, and they are wonderful. All in all, if you are a fan of Clannad, this is a superb concert, very well done. Sound quality, filming, and setting all top notch.

If you are a fan you have to have this dvd
At last Clannad have a live dvd to appease their many fans, it has a great selection of songs that will please anyone who has loved their music over the years. even though the years have past since their glory days Clannad can still deliver the goods so sit back open a bottle of wine, dim the lights and soak up the wonderful Clannad sounds.

The Lone Ranger: Lost Episodes and Rare Footage

HIHO SILVER HOWAY
This a little gem, a disc showing an episode of Lone Ranger, The Abe Speech, a quick look at a thirties LR serial, with Spanish subtitles, but the master was found in a Mexican theater dont let it spoil the fun.A quick jerky cartoon, Then commercials from the time of the series. All in all a compact look at the fifties marketing of LR. including Dodge Cars and the Peace Patrol, to sell stamps and bonds.
One of the specials is from WIDE WORLD, looking at the Western, with Wayne, Cooper,Autry, et al, passing on some snippets of Western film making. John Ford is there too, explaining how a horse fall is done, enter Chuck Roberson, Ward Bond James Garner Jack Kelly are also in there. This 'special' is very easy to watch, bit jittery, but that doesnt detract from the whole. Coop, and his co-star in Hanging Tree run through a scene, the director? explains some location tidbits and then we have Rod Redwing showing his prowess with a 45 and rifle, Jay Silverheels turns up to explain how...

Wide Wide World - The Western (Lone Ranger Lost Episodes)
For years western film enthusiasts have been searching for a decent copy of the 1958 Wide Wide World presentation of "The Western" hosted by the ever popular Dave Garroway. Well, it's here folks! To say the least it's not digital quality, however it is the best that I have seen. The show is from Gene Autry's Melody Ranch. In addition to Gene Autry there are many other stars of the era including John Wayne, Walter Brennan, Gary Cooper, George "Gabby" Hayes, Gail Davis, Chill Wills, Bronco Billy Anderson, James Garner, Jack Kelly, Ward Bond, Clayton Moore, Jay Silverheels and more, including many real cowboys. Also, John Ford, Frank Gruber, Jack L. Warner and Rod Redwing. A great piece of Americana of a bygone era in the movies. The title of this DVD is The Lone Ranger, Lost Episodes and Rare Footage. This portion includes rare footage from the 1938 serial starring Lee Powell in the first live action appearance of the Lone Ranger with Chief Thundercloud as Tonto. Also, the...

Hi yo silver
As a child of the 50's Lone Ranger played an important part in my games over the years I've managed to get a complete collection of the series,so to have a very cheap DVD with load's of interesting items was welcome things that otherwise I'd never have seen.

Heaven's Lost Property: The Angeloid of Clockwork (Blu-ray/DVD Combo)

Great way to prepare for the third season
For fans of the series this is not only a continuation of the series as it's a bridge between season 2 and season 3 (which will be released in a few months) but also a recap of previous episodes shown in a different point of view.
This divulges into the "Hiyori Kazane" arc, a resident of Sorami City and the film's main heroine, and she introduces herself and explains how she met and fell in love with Tomoki, while also narrating about how she took part in several events from the two previous anime seasons, all the while observing Tomoki and his friends, and even becoming acquainted with most of them.
While staying true to the series it shows Tomoki's usually pervy high-jinks, but also divulges into more of what the Synapse really is and how the world that many of the characters are in isn't "reality".
This movie is a great way to prepare for the 3rd season so for fans of the series buy it.

Good, Once It Gets Going.
Hiyori is a shy country girl. She spends most of her time gardening and farming. For some reason, she has a thing for Tomoki. She is too shy to say anything because he is always surrounded by beautiful girls. One day she gets the courage to join the New World Discovery Club. She is accepted and liked by the other members. One day an accident happens and she begins to vanish from everyone's memory. Was she really even there? Who is this new Angeloid that looks just like Hiyori, and why is she attacking?

This movie was kind of disappointing at first. I am a big fan of this series, and I expected something a little more. The first 45 minutes of the movie is a recap of seasons 1 and 2 told from Hiyori's perspective. At the 30 minute point, I was really frustrated. I fast forwarded to the 45 minute point. That's where Hiyori joins the club. The second half of the film is pretty good. It's what you would expect from this series. I think that the recap from Hiyori's viewpoint was...

WWE Championship MatchCM Punk Vs. The Rock

434 Days...And Over?
Normally I wait until the end to give my summary but based off how I see the previous reviews along with the amount of votes they've been getting, I'll give it now. I'm not the type of person who only concentrates on the match result before the match itself & I'll give the devil it's due if that match was pretty damn good or entertaining regardless if I like the winner or not. I personally didn't want C.M. Punk's title reign to end (and for those who will complain about spoilers, just look at the DVD cover!) nor did I want to the person who won the Rumble to win it but I'm not going to deny that this was the best Rumble event from the undercard matches to the Rumble itself in at least the last two to three years regardless of who won the matches.

Last Man Standing Match: World Champion Alberto Del Rio vs. Big Show - We get a special treat before the match as Del Rio & Ricardo Rodriquez get some encouraging words from Bret Hart backstage before making their way to the...

Very Exciting Event, But Leading To A Predictable Wrestlemania
It was overall a Great Pay-Per-View Event. Lots of great moments stand in the 30-Man Battle Royal full of surprising entries from entrant #1 all the way to entrant #30. Of course Vinnie Mac would let his moneymaker win it. Doesn't change the fact that it was a great Royal Rumble match worth watching. As for the main event, I wish the WWE Championship match wouldn't end with interference and restarting the match, hoped for both Punk and Rock to put out a great multiple maneuver wrestling match. But in the end, it's worth purchasing.

ANOTHER FUN RUMBLE
WWE
ROYAL RUMBLE 2013

I am a big fan of the Royal Rumble and in fact it is my favorite of the big five PPV's [I am including King of the Ring, oh how I miss you]. Any way this year's was a good one with some highly entertaining moments. Along with the Rumble itself we get three title matches so it was a fun event.

1.[LAST MAN STANDING WORLD TITLE MATCH]ALBERTO DEL RIO VS BIG SHOW-the first match of the night was the World Title match. But before it started we got to see the legendary Bret Hart talking with Del Rio backstage. Then we get into this hardcore match which was an entertaining brawl. They would use whatever they could get their hands on to beat down the other. The biggest moment of the match would have to be Del Rio getting chokeslamed onto a table. It is where it happened that made that something special. I liked the ending here as I was wondering at the time if Del Rio won how would he do it. Their first last man standing match on Smackdown ended...

Gumby's Best Episodes (The Original Adventure Series)

A good compilation that could have been great.
Considering this comes from Legend Films, a company that specializes in colorization and restoration, this collection of Gumby and Pokey shorts comes across as a missed opportunity. The colors are flat, especially when compared to the shorts found on Classic Media's DVD of GUMBY ESSENTIALS. And the shorts are somewhat incomplete, with all their "The End" cards removed and their openings abbreviated. That being said, however, the selection of shorts here are a nice slice of nostalgia from Gumby's original run. Had it not been for the issues of color and completeness, I would have easily given this a four or five star review. (Although I listed it as three, had it been possible I would have given it a 3.5 rating...at the moment, however, Amazon doesn't allow for fractions.) If you just want a nice-priced compilation of vintage animation, you'll certainly get your money's worth from this DVD. If you're a serious Gumby fan, however, you'll probably be more satisfied with GUMBY...

Gumby
My 2 year old grandson adores Gumby.. Don't really know just why.. BUT this mamaw made her grandson happy for sure..

Glad I found it!
I like to buy Retro presents for the grandkids. Found the rubber characters at Fry's and wanted a DVD for the kids. Haven't seen it yet but glad I could locate one at a great price.

Africa [Blu-ray]

One of the finest things ever created in the history of film
The title for this review seems a bit much, but let me quickly explain why it's not hyperbole or meaningless oversell. I help at my friends video store, which hosts a giant collection of Blu-ray features. I own many, but I should specify the only Blu-Rays I purchase, mostly due to replay-ability, are nature documentaries. My modest collection boasts over 75 Blu-ray nature documentaries: BBC, Nat-Geo, Discovery and other independent sources. I've been collecting nature Blu-rays since the evening I installed a compatible drive in my computer. The PC is linked via 1080p HDMI connection to a large LCD screen. The reason I'm telling you this personal information is so you know I'm serious about the genre. I'm critical. It takes a lot to blow me away since I've viewed so many astonishing, eye-popping nature documentaries over the years. Other people collect guns, stamps or shoes. Well, I collect nature documentaries.

This is, without question, the best nature documentary ever...

Once again, surprisingly superb
I've been watching nature documentaries for decades now, so I approach these newer ones with weary skepticism, especially since the wave of glossy 'remake-upgrades' started by Planet Earth. In this specific case, the topic is the wildlife of Africa, which has been covered in almost every major BBC documentary so far, as well as hundreds of other docs, and it has also been the focus of the very good 'Wild Africa' series (also by the BBC).

The one detail with 'Africa' that gave me hope was that it was produced by Mike Gunton, producer of arguably the best of the new breed of documentaries: 'Life'.

I am happy to report that this one is just as good as Life, if not better.

The approach here is to find footage of surprising, educational and entertaining animal behaviour not seen before and film it in dramedy style as with Life. In addition, the documentary masterfully combines summary information on the natural history and climate to provide a complete...

Another Incredible BBC Nature Documentary!!!!
Africa is the latest incredible nature documentary from the producers who brought us Planet Earth, Life, Frozen Planet, and Human Planet. Africa is narrated by the great Sir David Attenborough. Unfortunately the Discovery Channel airing of Africa used a different narrator. This Blu-Ray is the original uncut broadcast with Attenborough. The Discovery Channel cut out scenes for commercials during the hour long broadcast when it aired.

Africa is a 6 part series which includes: Kalahari, Savannah, Congo, Cape, Sahara, and The Future. Each episode is stunning. From forest elephants to kick-boxing frogs, the animals of Africa come to life in stunning high definition. The cinematography in Africa is amazing. This is definitely one of the best BBC nature documentaries to date. This Blu-Ray is a must have for anyone who enjoys nature.

Sons of Guns: Season 2

Great entertainment
Obviously it's a tv show. Also interesting to see how RedJacket modifies their weapons. Add in the unnecessary drama and you get some great entertainment.

Funny and historical
More of a focus on military weapons than shotguns and rifles, this show mixes history, family, and humor into a reality show that works for a change.

Excellent, but missing some episodes
I liked everything about this film. However, it was missing some episodes, such as "Wedlock and Load," for instance. It really doesn't matter, though. Someday, they will release another Sons of Guns DVD that contains the remaining Season 2 episodes from said show.

Comentario Sobre la Edicion En Dvd de Abismo de Pasion
Estoy ansioso por que llegue el 26 de Febrero para Comprar y Tener este DVD. Abismo de Pasion Es Una de las Mejores Producciones del 2012. Exelente Telenovela y Magistrales Actuaciones. Me Encanta!!!

cheeeaaaahhh
This was my novela when I was in Mexico haha honestly I thought it was guuna be stupid dramatic buttttt my man was watching it too....I could really review it but its better to watch !! EXCITED for february 26 to come on & I am most likely pre-ordering LOL :)

Fog and Crimes: Season 3

Sorry to see this series end
A complete pleasure is this excellent series.
I have viewed all three seasons and found it
well acted with an engaging set of characters.
Entertaining and worth your time.
Too bad the series is now cocmplete and the
main protagonist has entered Italian politics.

After seasons 1 & 2, a letdown
Soneri moves to Turin where there are crimes but no fog, and, after the first episode, no Angela. It's a complete restart of the series with only Luca Barbareschi remaining from the original cast and a completely different feel, just OK and more like a pedestrian American TV cop show.

Fog and Crimes: Season 3
We are anxiously awaiting the publication of Season 4 on DVD. If you are interested in the lives of Northern Italians and don't mind subtitles, you are in for a treat following murder mysteries in another culture!

Action Heroes of the Cliffhanger Serials

Fun collection of trailers
If you are a fan of the classic cliffhanger chapter serials of old, you'll love this collection of trailers for the same. I had a copy of this on VHS and am delighted that they finally made it available on DVD. My only complaint is, I wish there were more!

trailers and clips
Unfortunately "Action Heroes of the Cliffhanger Serials" is nothing more than recycled trailers and a few clips from the classic adventure serials of the 1930's and 40's. I would have preferred a documentary to give a further understanding of this period in film and style of movie making that is fairly foreign to younger audiences of today. While it was fun to witness some of these cheesy clips, there is nothing to give us any insight into this quaint, but once immensely popular form of movie entertainment. At 90 minutes, it seems a bit long and awfully repetitive. If you are already a fan, you might have these movies anyway, and if your a novice, you'll find very little of interest here.

Law & Order: The Twelfth Year

The 12th Season of Law and Order Returns!!
The 12th Season of Law and Order returns to the crime scene. In the 12th season, Elisabeth Rohm joins in as the new A.D.A Serena Southerlin. Also returning in the 12th season are The late Jerry Orbach, Jesse L. Martin, Sam Waterston, S. Epatha Mekersen, and after two season, 51 episodes, Dianne Wiest returns in her final season of the show as Interm D.A Nora Lewin. There only 24 episodes of the 12th season, and this is the one show you can't miss!!

Love Law and Order But...
I am a true L&O junkie-and since they are no longer on TV, I get my fix with these DVD's. However, I too was upset that not only are some shows missing altogether (bought 10,11,12) (don't get the full season) but the episodes aren't always in sequence. Part of the fun is watching the characters change and evolve and that aspect is not always present. Comcast has the first eight episodes 'On Demand" if anyone is interested, but those are a bit worse in that the shows in each series are also not in sequence, some episodes are missing and in addition, in two seasons they show just a Part I or a Part III of a series! making those episodes useless-still, less expensive than the disks and these disks here are still good with the flaws and better than withdrawl!

Law and Order 12th Year
I missed several episodes of this season. I want to catch up on what happened. I am looking forward to watching it.

Brothers and Mothers [HD]

Amusing
These shows are always fun to watch! Families interacting (sometimes poorly) and an awesome array of dresses (sometimes hideous). IMHO

Fun to watch while doing something else
When I'm doing a boring chore like folding clothes, I can get a great deal of enjoyment watching this show. I don't have to hear everything that is said to keep up with what's going on.

overbearing mothers
Say Yes to the Dress Atlanta can sort of drive me crazy. I've never seen mothers of the bride like this in my life. They're the most opinionated bunch of people on the planet, and want their daughters covered up completely. The girl could wear a Hefty bag up to the chin, and she wouldn't be covered enough. For God sake, what does mom think they're going to do on the wedding night? Pray?

Even mothers who aren't paying, and the bride is over 30, think they're in charge! My mother is opinionated, and I value her being happy, but she knows better than to think she's going to dictate anything.

It's fun because you see a different type customer, but all in all, between this, Bridesmaids, Big Bliss, etc, the original Say Yes to the Dress is the best by a mile. After watching sooo many of these types of shows, my advice is to pay for it yourself and come alone.

Rossini: Adelaide di Borgogna [Blu-ray]

Youthful-Sounding "Mature" Rossini
This Rossini Opera Festival (aka "il ROF" in Italy) production taken as a whole probably is as good or better than any previous edition of this obscure opera in any format. There are two older CD versions. One is under Rossini scholar Alberto Zedda that features the outstanding Adelaide of Mariella Devia with a rather weak supporting cast and less than state of the art sound. The other is a posh Opera Rara set that is somewhat hampered by the acidic soprano of Majella Cullagh amidst an otherwise acceptable cast.

Regarding the version at hand, in the title role, coloratura soprano Jessica Pratt is more than up to the task and gives a tour du force rendition of her final tripartite aria that will leave you speechless. Interestingly, that grandiose aria is the penultimate number of the score with the mezzo-soprano getting the last word with an "aria con cabaletta" as the Finale. After hearing Adelaide's big set piece, the actual conclusion of the opera is a bit anticlimactic,...

AA Sparkling Gem of Mid Career
Yes it is strange that the 25 year old highly successful Rossini would turn out an old fashioned formulaic opera seria after such forward looking achievements as Otello, Tancredi, L'italiano in Algeri, Il Barbiere di Siviglia and Armida. The last two in the same year and Armida with the same librettist G. F. Schmidt. But this return to old forms turned out to sparkle with rich writing for capable voices and the orchestration is right up there with the best. It was written for the Teatro Argentina in Rome (p. Dec 1817) where the Barber had premiered earlier that year. The opera Adelaide apparently died on the vine there and disappeared from memory (Rossini did use some material in later works as was his wont).
The Rossini Foundation commissioned a critical edition from Gabriele Gravagna and the noted Rossini scholar Alberto Zedda. It maybe old hat as far as opera development is concerned but it is in no way second rate; Rossini had written a dozen or more opera and knew what he...

Another worthwhile Rossini rarity from Pesaro
Composed in 1817 for Rome between the writing of Armida and Mosè in Egitto for Naples, Adelaide di Borgogna has all the signs of being a commission hastily filled by the composer to a classic template of war, revolution and romance, with a historical background of Italian significance. It's the kind of subject that Verdi would later make his own and, without underestimating the importance of the Rossini influence, often do it with considerably more character than it is done here in Adelaide di Borgogna. It's not the composer's greatest work then, but being Rossini it's not entirely without merit either, and the right kind of singing and staging could certainly bring out its qualities. Recorded at the Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro in 2011, director Pier' Alli and conductor Dmitri Jurowski certainly make the best of the work and are assisted with some fine singing performances, but overall the work still remains problematic.

The main problem with Adelaide di...

And Girlfriends (Part 2 To #042)

Knock, Knock Knockin' On Heaven's Door
The WB's ultimate secret ratings weapon has always been the little, unassuming family drama that chronicles the lives and all the things that come with it, in the big family circle of the Camden clan. Dad Eric(Stephen Collins), is a minister, and mom Annie(Catherine Hicks) is a super mom/housewife, and they have 5 kids, Matt, Mary, Lucy, Simon, and little Ruthie. Season 1 showcased that well meaning family shows are still appreciated and needed, and so season 2 keeps up the sweet momentum that season 1 started. I am used to writing for shows with seasonal arcs, but 7th Heaven has never really had seasonal story arcs, although they may have a story that could carry over for some episodes. The premiere, "Don't Take My Love Away", is a nice opener, and carries over a few things from last season's ender, like Lucy with Jimmy Moon, and the aftermath of Mary's surgery. Season 2 doesn't stop short of season 1's message episodes. Season 2 will deal with issues like IRS problems in "Red Tape",...

wonderful season transfer to DVD, please don't let it be the last!
After watching this show stand firm and successful on the air for nearly 10 solid years, it is absolutely refreshing to go back to these early seasons. Those who have been keeping up with the show know where all the characters stand and what the Camden kids have grown to become, and as much as I have enjoyed the series' 10-year run in general, my favorite thing is returning to happier times with the early years, where Matt was a teenage searching for his role in life, Mary was a driven young lady with basketball serving a very valid identity for her, Lucy was an emotional 13-year-old trying desperately to be confident, Simon was a sweet and inquisitive preteen with the whole world at his feet, Ruthie was just an adorable little girl, and Eric and Annie were young, vibrant, affectionate parents. Since then, the show's message of faith and love has held up well, but everyone's roles have changed and the family has spread out. In addition, numerous outside characters have been woven into...

A literate and wonderful family TV drama
7TH HEAVEN, the crown jewel of the WB Network for a whopping ten seasons, is a wonderful and literate family TV drama. We live these flawed and realistic characters; the writing, mostly by Sue Tenney and creator Brenda Hampton, is truthful and thoughful and free of profanity. The entire cast is magnificent. Only a too lenient TVG rating on every episode of a show this mature and adult seems ludicrous. I'd give it a TVPG or even TV14 for realistic, mature themes.

So why are we only up to season two on the DVD boxed sets? Let's get some action going with production of more 7TH HEAVEN seasons on DVD! There are seven full seasons to bring out!

Iron Road

First "Treaty" China-Canada Movie in 23 Years
This is a joint China-Canada project. It was shot in both countries .. there is a nice documentary that shows a lot more of it was shot in the rather amazing studio's in China then you might think. This story takes place in the 1880s.

The history being told about is true; in Canada we had waves of labour immigration to bring cheap labour from abroad -- Irish were getting more costly (and settled) so Chinese workers were brought in to do the dangerous and labour intensive work of building the railway through the mountains (in this case the "Hell's Gate" passage).

The story of "a woman" dressing as a man to get work is apparently true, but "literary license" was used beyond that in regard to the dramatic plot. That said the background story is true; much like was done with the 1997 movie Titanic -- and if anything played down from the reality. As noted, a "Head Tax" came out of this immigration -- whereby the Chinese were taxes more then the railway cost. Canada...

Epic journey during rail boom finally on DVD
By Jim Clark, Lee County Courier, Tupelo, Mississippi
There's a good possibility you missed Iron Road, a Canada/China television miniseries when it originally aired in 2009. That would be your loss. The good news is Iron Road is now available on DVD from my friends at Entertainment One.
It follows the epic journey of a young Chinese girl, Little Tiger (Sun Li) who poses as a young man. Her mother has died and she's quit hearing from her father, who left earlier in search of fortune at Gum San (Gold Mountain).
Gold Mountain is actually a remote construction camp located in the Rockies, where men are attempting to blast through a mountain's core and lay down railroad tracks. The venture is headed by tycoon Alfred Nichol (Sam Neill). His project is behind schedule and he's facing bankruptcy. He wouldn't have a chance but his banker's daughter has a thing for Nichol's son, James (Luke Macfarlane).
Desperate Alfred sends his son to China to recruit more workers because...

A Bit of History
It was an entertaining movie and had a bit of history in it. Very well presented, and had a good cast.

M*A*S*H: The Complete Series + Movie

Would recommend this over the "Martinis and Medicine" box set
First, I don't own this set as it appears that it may be a new offering on Amazon. I do own the "Martinis and Medicine" box set and would suggest purchasing this one instead.

Based on the product photo, this set has the individual seasons in standard DVD cases. The "Martinis and Medicine" collection came in one box nicely decorated with canvas, but the discs themselves were in cardboard slots which caused scratching during shipment and normal use. I received at least two discs that had severe enough scratches not to play properly. Ultimately, I removed the "Martinis and Medicine" discs from the original package and placed them in individual cases. That was and is kind of a pain to deal with as there are so many discs, but at least they aren't getting scratched.

Great Series!
Got this DVD set as a Gold Box Deal of Day. Already had the first four season sets, but I really wanted the rest of the seasons - and they threw in the Movie too - what a deal!

Growing up M*A*S*H was one of my favorite series, and later in life it was one of the shows my father and I would watch together. Watching these again will be like visiting old friends.

Noticed someone asking about the quality of the DVDs - as I mentioned I have the first four seasons of this set (the same versions as shown), and the DVD quality is good. The aspect ratio is that of the regular full screen of the time 4:3. There are bonus features on each of the sets - and I think the product description details what each season set has as a bonus. These sets come in regular DVD clamshell cases, with the multiple discs on holders. The discs are all single sided. There are subtitles.

ETA: (7-30-2013)

Got in the complete set of DVDs. They are exactly the same as the...

Cannot praise it enough
While I do not have this set as such, I bought each individual season as they came out. I cannot praise the show enough. If you are reading this, then I am sure you are familiar with it, so I wont bore you with telling you what you already know. My favorite aspect of the DVDs is being able to turn off the laugh track. Its the one thing I hated about the show, and being able to turn it off makes it ten times better.

The FBI: The Fourth Season

A win for the fans
This is one of my favorite shows from the past to watch, as it is a Quinn Martin production, and they always bring out the stars. Even in the minor roles they use my favorite charactor actors. With this release, they finally brought it out as a single set. It still comes split into two cases, but they are bundled together. If you read the reviews from season one, the ones that got the most favorable votes complain the program is too pricey. Well, the price has been dropping with the last two releases. Picture quality is in the eye of the beholder, and considering the age of this show, I find it to be acceptable even though it has not been restored. That would probably drive up the price anyways, and I'm content with what I got. Enjoy the show!

THE FBI THE FOURTH SEASON - FIRST CLASS SERIES
I've been acquiring the FBI series and recently ordered this fourth season from Warner Bros. The picture quality is really quite good and Efrem is as classy as ever as "Inspector Lewis Erskine" along with his aides "Arthur Ward" (Philip Abbott) and William Reynolds as "Special Agent Tom Colby". The series highlights real life cases investigated and prosecuted by the FBI. (Item of interest: On the FBI's website it says that on June 8, 2009 Director Robert Mueller presented Efrem Zimbalist Jr. with an honorary special agent badge during a ceremony at the FBI's Los Angeles Field Office. Robert Mueller goes on to say "Mr. Zimbalist has been steadfast supporter of the FBI for nearly four decades....His character, Inspector Lewis Erskine, and the program itself were often the first glimpse for many Americans into the work of the FBI, and he inspired a generation of real-life FBI special agents, many of whom grew up watching "The FBI.") Here is what you can look forward to with this complete...

Well worth buying
I gave this boxset five stars because it arrived promptly, was in great condition and the episodes so far have been first class with top notch guest stars.
I haven't been watching the episodes in order, but my favourites so far have been: 'The Cober List' (written by the great John D F Black), 'The Nightmare' (guest starring the wonderfully quirky Bruce Dern), 'Wind It Up And It Will Betray You', 'Out Of Control', and 'The Maze' (with great performances from Steve Ihnat and Simon Oakland).
I'm glad to see the dvds are now packaged in clear plastic dvd cases, which has eliminated the problems I experienced with the Season 2 boxset.
By the way, I live in Ireland so I'm delighted that these dvds play over here as I had given up hope of ever seeing this series on tv again. And I now realise that it was never properly shown over here in the first place, ending prematurely with "Caesar's Wife' in September 1971.
So, I urge all you fans of 'The FBI' series, to buy...

Finale Part 2

Why does it take so long for Amazon to put up the new episode?
Amazon is really dropping the ball on this season of Top Chef. Amazon is taking days to put up the newest episodes. All the other shows are updated overnight, but whoever is in charge of taking care of this show is doing a horrible job.

With the money Amazon makes; they need to take better care of their product. I don't appreciate paying for the automatic service when it is never there.

Amazon, you are letting me down.

Where is the new episode?
I love Top Chef, but I don't understand why it takes so long for Amazon to put up the latest episode the day after airs. It's 1:00 in the afternoon my time, and the episode is still not up. Last Chance Kitchen is already up on Itunes and Bravo's site so I already know who got sent home, but I still can't watch the episode. This happened with Sons of Anarchy too, and it's driving me nuts. Why does Amazon have such a difficult time getting these networks to release the episode immediately? Who's in charge of uploading new episodes? They're not doing a very good job.

Where is the new episode I have already paid for????
The episode should be posted in a timely manner. Disappointed in both Bravo and Amazon. I already know who got thrown off because I regrettably went to check if there was a break in airing.
